Late Arrivals: Clients arriving 15 minutes late may have their service modified or rescheduled.

SECTION 21 - HAIR SERVICE RESULTS DISCLAIMER
While we aim for the best results, outcomes vary based on individual hair history and condition.

Colour Corrections: May require multiple sessions.

Aftercare: Following stylist advice is essential for maintaining results. We are not liable for outcomes impacted by external factors or non-compliance.

SECTION 22 - PATCH TESTS & ALLERGIES
Some services require a patch test at least 48 hours in advance. Please disclose all allergies and sensitivities. Refusal to undergo testing releases us from liability.
