

Cancellation Policy
As a small business, cancellations have a big impact. We charge a booking deposit (which comes off your total at the end of your service) to ensure we don't have last-minute and no-show appointments. This also ensures that other people get a chance to get their hair done if you need to cancel. If you do cancel your appointment outside of 48 hours, your deposit will be kept on file as a credit.
If you fail to give enough cancellation notice, 50% of the service you are booked for will be charged (your deposit will go towards this). No-show appointments (charged at 50% of the service) will be charged by invoice or by the card you used online for your deposit. By replying to our confirmation message, you are acknowledging these terms and conditions.
Booking deposits are refunded if you cancel your booking within the cancellation period it will be kept on file for your next appointment. If there are any issues with the return of your deposit within our terms, please email hello@erahair.com.au, and we will process this for you.
