Appointment Reservations & Cancellation Policy

At Era Hair, we're committed to providing every guest with dedicated time, exceptional service and a relaxed salon experience. To ensure appointments are reserved fairly and our stylists' time is protected, the following booking policy applies.

Booking Deposits

A 30% booking deposit is required to secure all eligible appointments. Your reservation will be held for 48 hours from the time of booking and will be confirmed once your deposit has been received.

Deposits are applied towards the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

Reservations that have not been secured with a deposit within 48 hours will automatically expire and become available for other guests to book.

Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice.

Cancellations made with 48 hours' notice or more are eligible for a full deposit refund.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice, or failure to attend a scheduled appointment, will result in the 30% booking deposit being retained to cover the reserved appointment time.

Arriving for Your Appointment Late

We understand that unexpected delays can happen. If you're running late, please let our team know as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.

To ensure every guest receives the time and attention they've reserved, arriving late may reduce the time available for your service, require adjustments to your appointment, or, where necessary, require your appointment to be rescheduled. In these circumstances, the applicable booking policy may apply.
