

Cancellation Policy
We respect that your time is valuable and we appreciate that you understand ours is too.
As a small business, last-minute cancellations and no-shows significantly impact our staff and other clients. To ensure fairness and availability for all, we require a 30% deposit to secure all bookings, which is applied to the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

(07) 3209 3291, as social media messages are too unreliable for time-sensitive changes.
Cancellations with at least 48 hours’ notice, will be refunded. If you have any issues please email hello@erahair.com.au. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice and no-show appointments will result in a charge of 30% of the total service cost, with no new bookings accepted until outstanding fees are resolved.
